Cookies and Internet Advertising

We and our Service Providers use cookies and other technologies (such as “web beacons”) for a variety of reasons. We want you to be informed about our use of these technologies, so this section explains the types of technologies we use, what they do, and your choices about their use.

– Cookies and similar technologies, web beacons.

Cookies are small data files that are usually saved on your device when you visit and use websites and online services. We also use other technologies, such as browser storage and plug-ins (e.g., HTML5, IndexedDB and WebSQL). Like cookies, these other technologies may store small amounts of data on your device. Web beacons (also known as clear gifs or pixel tags) are often used in combination with cookies. In many cases, rejecting cookies also negatively affects the effectiveness of the web beacons associated with these cookies.

Why does TouchApp use these technologies?

-We use these types of technologies for many reasons; for example, to make it easier for you to access our services by remembering you when you return; to ensure, analyze, understand and improve the use of our services; to enforce our terms, prevent fraud, improve site performance, monitor visitor traffic and actions on our site and to deliver and tailor promotions or advertising and to understand interactions with our emails, promotions and online advertising on third party websites.

To help you better understand how we use cookies and resettable device identifiers, please see the information below;

Cookies necessary for the providing the service: These cookies are strictly necessary to provide our website or online services. For example, we and our Service Providers may use these cookies to authenticate and identify our members so that we can provide our services to them when they use our website and applications. They also help us enforce our Terms of Use, prevent fraud and ensure the security of our service.

Performance and functionality cookies: These cookies help us customize and enhance your online experience on TouchApp. For example, they help us remember your preferences and prevent you from having to re-enter information you have already entered (e.g. when logging in). We also use these cookies to collect data about our visitors’ use of the service on TouchApp (such as popular preferences, return rates, preference patterns, clicked links and other information) so that we can improve and personalize our website and service and conduct market research. Deleting such cookies may result in limited functionality of our service.

-In connection with our use of these technologies, some of the websites and applications we advertise on and the ad technology companies we use to buy, serve, optimize and/or measure our ads (collectively, “Ad Partners”) may receive limited data from us as part of campaign goal setting, measurement and optimization (e.g., steps completed in the sign-up process and site visit or application open/install data).

-This type of data is typically used to determine the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to optimize those campaigns by ensuring that if someone who sees the ad subsequently signs up for the service, Advertising Partners will see it. Another general use is to ensure that individuals who are already TouchApp users are not served ads targeting them to sign up for the TouchApp service.

-TouchApp takes enabling and technical measures designed to prevent Advertising Partners from accessing information about certain content selections you make, URLs you open, and actions you take on our service. We do not share information about your selections and actions you take on our service.

– Your personal data that we record and you electronically share with us by automatic or non-automatic methods when you visit our web address www.touchapp.io and our digital channels, use our services and products or benefit from our support services or when you visit Touch Socıal MedıaNetwork Yazılım Geliştirme ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi through our online and digital channels will be used primarily to ensure that your requests are fulfilled and then to provide you with better service.

TouchApp reserves the right to change all products and services, pages, information, visual elements on this website without prior notice.

Each user who uses the TouchApp platform and other electronic service channels is considered to have accepted the above-mentioned terms.
