Copyright Policy
Touch respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect users of Touch to do the same. We honour copyright laws and take reasonable steps to remove any infringing material we become aware of. In case we become aware of repeated infringements, we reserve the right at our discretion to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
In keeping with the applicable copyright laws, we will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement on Touch that are reported to us.
Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner, you can report alleged copyright infringements on Touch by filling out this Copyright Infringement Complaint Notice.

with your physical or electronic signature, containing the following:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate the material,
- your contact information, including your address, telephone number and an email address,
- a personal statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
- a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you knowingly misrepresent that any activity or material on Touch is infringing your copyright, you may be liable to Touch for certain costs and damages.
When we get your complaint notice, we will take whatever action we think is appropriate, which may include removing the reported content from Touch. We may also provide your name, contact information and the contents of your report to the person who posted the content you are reporting, and instructions on how to submit a counter-notice. The person whose content was removed may contact you with the information you provide to try to resolve the issue.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If we remove your content in response to a Copyright Infringement Complaint Notice, we will notify you. If you think we made a mistake removing your content, you have the opportunity to send a counter-notice by filling out this Copyright Counter-Notice Form, by writing an email or by post to the addresses provided above, with your physical or electronic signature, containing the following:
- identification of the content you want reinstated,
- sufficient explanation as to why you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, with supporting evidence,
- your contact information, including your address, telephone number and an email address,
- a personal statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled,
- a statement that the information in the counter-notice is accurate and that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your country of residence, or the courts of Turkey in which Touch is located, and will accept service of process from the plaintiff.
If you knowingly file a fraudulent or bad-faith counter-notice that any activity or material on Touch is infringing your copyright, you may be liable to Touch for certain costs and damages. Before submitting a counter-notice, make sure that you have a good faith belief that we mistakenly removed the content and that you understand the consequences of submitting a false claim.
